If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided that:

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing kim@designerbenchtops.co.nz and including photographs of the issue where possible.
We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair or refund where required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If a product develops a fault covered by the manufacturer's warranty or your rights under New Zealand consumer law, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand consumer protection legislation.
