Designer Benchtops was established by Josh Farr in 2004, and has developed a strong reputation for creating superior and innovative benchtop solutions for both residential and commercial clients.

Josh holds over 17 years industry experience incorporating an apprenticeship in joinery plus a three year work contract based in London with a focus on cabinet making and furniture fabrication. Since 2004 Josh’s expertise have been utilized in a contract capacity providing templating and installation services to a select group of Auckland’s most reputable kitchen fabricators.

Our work starts when we meet with you to provide fresh thinking and expert advice at concept stage to ensure you will get the end result you want. We then take your project idea, create a template and oversee the entire fabrication process. Once your benchtop has been manufactured we then personally return to install your product and ensure the end result is exactly what we agreed to at the outset. All our products are backed by an extensive manufacturers warranty.
